I just read that "Canon will be showcasing the advances in its 8K offerings" at next year's NAB show. So this made me pray to santa god for an announcement of an 8K version of the old EOS-1DC... (even if it would only shoot continuously for, say, 30 seconds of APS-H... BUT YET IN FRIGGIN' 8K).

It will be the C300 Mark III, quite doubtful it will be in any DSLR or mirrorless option.

I think 1DC Mark II with 8K will be nice. :) Too early for NAB '19
