Hi, I need advice on getting set up in 360. I'd like the capability to do high quality real estate 360s, but also other projects unrelated to real estate.

Is there a cloud editing option of some sort?

I"m in the process of upgrading to a stronger system later in the year, but don't think my current system can edit 360 at this time. Even if I upgrade the OS a few notches. (Specs below). It's currently on OSX 10.8,5 but I can probably bring it up to Mavericks or El Capitan.

Currently comparing the less expensive Ricoh camera models (Theta V), and the Go Pro Max 360. The Z1 is very nice but too expensive for now.

Looks like the Go Pro has better resolution, but the Ricoh works with Matterport while it looks like Go Pro is not supported. I don't have to use Matterport, but that capability would be nice as it looks like a good option.

Thank you =)

The Insta360 ONE R seems to be getting good reviews. I'm thinking of selling my DJI Mavic air (Too many rules where you can and can't fly the thing.) to buy one with the 1" modular.

After doing some research, I'm leaning heavily toward the 1R. Does anyone here own one and are you happy with it? How rugged is it?
Edit - I'm reading that overall people feel the 1R is a better camera than the Max, but I'm also seeing that some people have had problems with lens condensation, a red dot in bright conditions, and really really bad customer support that requires sending it to Hong Kong and waiting a long time. Has anyone experienced any of these?

I settled on the insta one R and then got the Theta Z1 - love it, but the insta did a creditable job.

There are a plethora of platforms out there (excuse the alliteration) I'd look at cloudpano, quick & easy I use 3dVista and there are alternatives to matterport which used a 3d imaging to give a better lof to the movment.

plenty of videos on youtube showing you the how & what, a mountain of reviews - get stuck in and you'll learn heaps without taking a picture.

Thank you Paul! I did not see this response. Checking out Cloudpano and others now.
