Not sure what you have already, but more detailed compositing tutorials would be awesome.

Dale, take a look at JETDV Scripts – Automating Your Video Editing (http://www.jetdv.com) and you can see the tutorials there. They are all based on using the scripting engine in Vegas. Of course, some compositing can also be automated using scripting so I'll also look into that.
