Ok I was doing some more simple testing in the grading process. Thought I would share the image example with you. What we have here is a:

"" CANON XLH1 1920X1080 UPSCALED TO 4K. SIMPLE GRADING PROCESS PERFORMED. THEN A SMALL ELEMENT OF THE PICTURE WAS EXTRACTED TO THE EQUIVALENT OF A 1000% BLOW UP OF THE EYE OF A 1920X1080 FRAME OF THIS 4K UPREZ IMAGE. ""

That was Bicubic!

In Photoshop? If so, Bicubic (sharper) or (smoother)

TIA,

I already got the same sharpnest,in the first frame I used the camera was in slight motion and that made it look blury.

I really hate the sharper/smoother options in photoshop. The sharper just adds sharpness filter which adds crappy looking lines around the edges and the smoother blurs the image.
