For that you will need Aspect HD 4.0. Rich Everitt January 19th, 2006, 11:28 AM Thanks Dave Steve Mullen January 19th, 2006, 11:29 AM Premiere Pro 2.0 does not support any of the HDV 24p/f modes. For that you will need Aspect HD 4.0. And even PP2 did -- the real-time FX engine Adobe uses for your codec is SLOOOW. (unless they sped it up which I don't think they did.) I've done a number of performance checks (for my book and at http://www.gyhduser.com/showthread.php?p=1011) and folks really need to spend the few dollars needed to get Aspect HD. David, have you considered a real-time SSE filter for those times one get caught-up and fails to notice it -- or can't alter the light? And my wish is a real-time chroma filter for those of us who still use our first generation HDV camcorders when we want to travel light. David Newman January 19th, 2006, 11:41 AM Thanks Steve, Yes a real-time SSE supression filter for the few sequences that have this would be possible -- although they are so many filters and tools to create so I can't promise anything.
