I have called and downloaded and called and downloaded. The External Super DVD Burner does not work with OSX....their crappy program will not recognize the drive! I downloaded the drivers (as they are not included with the burner???) The box said it would work. But, as it seems, it does not.

If anybody has got it to work correct me, but for the past 2 months, I have not been able to get this to work.

I have no solution, but I assume it is still under warranty? If it doesn't work
you should be able to trade it in for another brand.
