Anyone have suggestions? Know of deals? Thanks. Gregory Doi February 2nd, 2006, 12:59 PM Dell 24" widescreen. I decided against the 30" screen because of the contrast and brightness difference. The 24 is a lot brighter and has a higher contrast. I think its on sale right now. Jeff Nelson February 2nd, 2006, 10:47 PM Just ordered one. Gregory Doi February 2nd, 2006, 11:04 PM you 'll be so stoked when you get it. Neil Fisher February 5th, 2006, 10:13 PM I don't know why anyone with editing in mind would even consider the 30" it has a single DVI input and that's it. i love my 24" although a second would be cool too. http://www.bigfishfreeride.com/desktop.jpg Jeff Nelson February 7th, 2006, 11:51 PM Hey guys, just to report -- got the new monitor today and I'm lovin' it! Thanks for the recommendation. Gregory Doi February 7th, 2006, 11:57 PM No problem. Glad to help Miguel Lopez February 13th, 2006, 01:18 PM Guys, i have the Dell 24", but it is not good enough for me. I would rather prefer a tube monitor. Is there anything out there capable of HD resolution that would give better colors and contrast than the DELL 24"? thanks Robert M Wright February 16th, 2006, 10:00 PM I'm taking a serious look at the new Sceptre 37" LCD that does full blown 1920x1080 widescreen - and at a price well under 2k. The specs on that monitor are just awesome for the price (almost in the unbelievable realm). |
