This is my first little short using the GS250 and the Letus 35a. My wife and a few friends went up to Wisconsin over the weekend just to getaway.

The video is 6 minutes 25 seconds long and has an audio track. The editing was all linear, meaning I just trimmed parts from the video, didn't move clips around on the timeline. The color and lighting looks sharp on TV but a little dark in the web version.

Nothing was scripted, it's just me walking around with the letus shooting and learning how to use it. At the end of the video you will notice it gets blurry, I had problems finding focus outside in the cold .

Wow nice footage, quite clean, just wondering, how did you fit the letus35a on the GS250 thread. WIth a 43-58mm step-up ring?

Marc - Just donwloading the vid now.. are you part of 2 advanced studios? Ever since I've been about 16 I've admired their work.. Cutting edge flash back in days.

Neat movie. It really demonstrates the capabilities of a well-functioning 35 mm adapter.

Actually, this movie gave me a great feeling. The warm images together with the beautiful music was just a great watch.

Abel, The lense I am using is the Canon FD f1.4.

Magnus, Thanks for the great feedback ! I was hoping someone felt the same ;)

Daniel, yep ! I used to work for 2A for a few years, good times, but no longer. I work for myself now.

Yasser, Yes I bought the step up ring from BH to fit the GS250 for like $8 bucks.

Many people are asking what the music was in PM's...the artist is Ulrich Schnauss, album is Far Away Trains Passing By, the song is Nobodys Home. Pick it up ! Wicked Album :)

chopsticks and rubber bands will help smooth out the focus pulls...rubberband around the focus ring and chop stick shot through as a handle.

OT: Mark, I`ve seen/been affected by 2A for something like 6 years back in the day when Mono-something was the other cool site :P...
