I'm using premiere v6.5. When I expand the audio tracks I can choose to either see the waveform or the red rubberband. I cannot see the red rubberband over the waveform which would come in very handy for example when wanting to lower the sound level at a precise point. Any way I can have them both showing? Thanks for any ideas.

here is a thought,

copy the one audio trak in wave form, drop it down a track, then set the upper track to rubber band. then you can make all your adjustments and delete the one track when finished!!

Yes that is a work around that will work. But is there something wrong with my software? My version is R168. I heard that there is version R198. Any idea how to ugrade to this version or to the latest version of premiere 6.5?
