Ralph Keyser August 1st, 2006, 10:12 AM There are also approaches for After Effects and any of the 3D packages (Lightwave, Maya, etc). Then either paint in your flash or borrow a real flash from other footage. Then export this new frame back into your time. Done. It's one of the reasons to use Pro 2 because, in theory, it should be faster. Even in big gun battles you can start to get very fast doing it w/ this method. I added a blur to the flash layer in PPro, and I think it looks better than not. And detonation films has a lot of AMAZING things - smoke, explosions, missle trails... very cool! |
