I want to ingest HD Cam as DVC Pro HD into FCP. Does anyone know if I hook up an HD SDI signal from the HD Cam deck into the 1200 deck, will I be able to go straight out of the 1200 deck via firewire into FCP? I don't want to invest in dubbing to DVC Pro HD nor do I have the time to dub then ingest. I just want to pass the signal from the JH3 deck into the 1200 deck and firewire out to my HD.
