Hey guys- are there any issues with using the FS-4 with the DVX100B?
I want a totally tape-less solution and want to confirm this is the most cost-effective way of doing so?
I'm looking for anyone who uses a FS-4 with a DVX....any comments?
Also is every mode supported with the FS-4 when using the various advanced modes the 100B is capable of?

Make sure you use the new 1.1 version of firmware which has improved DV 24p capability. It is possible to record in both 24p AVI Type 2 (for Premiere) or 24p QuickTime (for FCP). Set the camera to advanced 24p mode. Either FS-4 or FS-4Pro will work.
