Anyone else ever seen this error at Vegas 7 Startup?

AppName: vegas70.exe AppVer: 7.0.0.169 ModName: dmusic.dll
ModVer: 5.3.2600.2180 Offset: 0000f9d9



When it happens I have to reboot my system to get Vegas to start (sometimes I need to reboot several times before it will work).

It's getting very tiresome going thru this and I was hoping someone here might have a suggestion on how to correct this.
