Mike Lorinda Norton February 28th, 2007, 03:32 PM How is everyone else doing? Well, let's see...so far I've learned that my remote lens controller doesn't work, and that I should stop trying to work with animals (in this case, the four-footed kind). Other than that--oh, and not having a story--it's going just great! :) Chris Barcellos February 28th, 2007, 03:37 PM Here are a few stills from what I am working on for the challenge... www.morecowbellpictures.com/downloads/anticipation.bmp www.morecowbellpictures.com/downloads/anticipation1.bmp www.morecowbellpictures.com/downloads/anticipation2.bmp How is everyone else doing? I'm going to have my computer in a couple of my shots... regarding trademarked names, do I need to cover them for this contest? For example: HP, Coca Cola, etc. Thanks, LeRoy Dennis Khaye February 28th, 2007, 09:15 PM ...in this case, the four-footed kind... Yah, I gave up working with lobsters too. We still have them for the cast and crew appreciation party though. All my footage is shot except the shower scene. I found out today I also need to do a bit of ADR work. For example: HP, Coca Cola, etc. Thanks, LeRoy I think it will be alright... this is just a "fun" challenge. I would try to keep as much of that kind of thing out as possible though. Mike Horrigan February 28th, 2007, 10:35 PM All my footage is shot except the shower scene. Umm... I'm not sure if I should touch this one. ;) Mike Horrigan February 28th, 2007, 10:36 PM Well, let's see...so far I've learned that my remote lens controller doesn't work, and that I should stop trying to work with animals (in this case, the four-footed kind). There won't be much, I just don't want to go around my house putting masking tape over everything I own, or touch everything up in post if it's not necessary. Thanks. :-) -LeRoy Dennis Khaye March 1st, 2007, 12:07 PM I was AD on a home invasion spoof and they ended up putting the blur mask with motion tracking on the logos. Of course they did it on everything and even some things that didn't need it. Turned to be a really funny running gag. (Someone once said never work with children or animals, right ?) But, got something together anyway, and used this one more as a learning adventure about shooting with my self built 35mm adapter....
