Are there audio syncing problems when shooting in 24p/f that will then go to broadcast, to be played at 1080i?

So I guess the 1/24th of a second difference between the images & the audio every 5 frames just isn't noticeable? Never gave it a second thought till a friend brought it up, it did make sense that you could run into problems.
