Hi:
I am searching for a second monitor (High Def capable LCD ) to connect to the component or composite inputs of a Kona LH capture card, that will not break the bank!

I am currently using a Mac G5 dual 2.7ghz with an Apple Cinema 23 connected to a Ati Radeon 9650XT graphics card and will continue to use that setup for the Mac desktop and programs, such as Photoshop, given its ability to be calibrated to my output devices (i.e. various printers). The Kona, on the other hand, will be dedicated primarily to FCP 5.1.2.

Any suggestions???

Just thought that I would close this thread as the issue has been resolved by the placement of an order for a JVC DT-V20L1DU monitor!

I've been checking the specs on those new JVC LCD's and they look pretty good. I haven't seen any actul user feedback or read any reviews however. Please let us know how it works out for you.

Hi Rich:

The monitor is on order. I will be happy to post my observations after its arrival and an interval of evaluation time.
