My boss is ready to buy Vegas 7. What bundle would be best to buy? Where should he purchase it from?

Sony has a downloadable version, is this a good way to buy it or are there better places & bundles?

PS. I've done download from Sony several times, no problems with that. They have a nice "my account" page where you can always find your download and your serial number... that works for retail product you purchase elsewhere, too.
