I don't quite understand your question. Back focus is a semi-permanent type internal adjustment on the lens to insure proper focus during zooming in and out. What are you trying to do?

I am talking about placing XL2 Camera with a Manual 16x Servo on a JIB and being able to manually focusing the lense with some sort of remotly managed devise like the Canon MS-15 Rear Focus Control Unit. My question is, is there a similar device for the 16x Manual Servo Lense?

The proper term is not rear focus or back focus. The proper term is remote focus control.

Interesting Chris--I had assumed that this was a question about wireless lens control (i.e. Preston, Bartech) when i saw the title, as that is my association with "remote focus". Going back into my dusty memory banks I used to say "rear-mounted zoom control" when ordering a rental video camera package so I would apply the same to focus, although I never used those.
Alternatively, "studio zoom/focus controls".

Ah so... I guess the video market is to blame for muddying these waters!
