Is this normal behavior for Vegas 7d?

If I have 2 effects on a clip and I place a keyframe somewhere for 1st effect and then, when I place a keyframe for the 2nd effect, the timeline resets and zooms out and making me lose my place for the 2nd keyframe for the 2nd effect.

Is there a way to make the keyframe timeline stayed at the same zoom level when adding keyframes for different effects on the same clip?
