I want to make a short movie and would like to find one camera operator. My problem is I can't pay this person much. I have seen on craigslist ads looking for people to work on low budget movies and the pay is "Deferred payment; percent of gross; gas reimbursement; copy of movie; credit; experience "

Is there any place on the web (boards forums etc) to maybe find a camera person just out of college willing to work for low pay but gain experience? They don't even need to have studied film or camera work formely, self education is fine. Any tips on finding such a person is appreciated. Thanks.
