Hi:

These days I will do some outdoor filming at night with city/street light as the background light source, around dusk - 21.00 - 0.00 in Spain, civil twilight ends at 22.22 (sun set). There will be some stages, concerts and shows with stage lightning which of course are the main subject of my recording.

The conditions are not for fiddling with settings, up to two million people will crowd the streets, so preloaded settings (or preferably just one) is a must.

I have found that just recording (everything auto) will produce a very reddish taint.

How do I get some more natural colours that still respect the coloured stage lightning?

How do I get white balance better? (I can't expect to have a white area to adjust against).

Colour correction or gain?

Or is there some way that I can get rich colours and then do colour correction in post production?

The other night I was doing some random shots at night using natural street lighting. I used the bleach bypass look from another thread and then set it to spotlight mode. The spotlight mode defiantly makes the picture darker, but the footage had no color noise at all.
