Does anyone know if the DR100 is able to capture 60P via Quicktime yet? And if so, where do I get the firmware?

The FCP6 update to support 720P60 needs to be released first.
There is no official ETA on that update, but Apple did demo it with the JVC footage I shot at Sundance in 720P60, so I can confirm it will work.... eventually.

In the meantime your best bet is to use m2t mode on the DR-HD100 and convert to ProRes422 with Mpegstreamclip.
