Baby brother to HDR-FX1/Z1--when you think?
 

Another wishful thinking thread...

Even though the FX1 is down to about $3,299 at BH on special...

I wonder how long before a baby brother HDV cam arrives? (along the lines of the PDX-10?)

A 3-chip camera at about same size and close to the PDX-10 price? And more within reach for enthusiasts/hobbiests?

The end of the year? Middle of this year?

Anyone care to guess/speculate....

I really wanted to ask the Sony guy at the HDV show in New York...but the crowd seemed "hostile" to this type of question...

At other side i was playing yesterday with friends new FX1, and I'm not much impressed, if at all. Still going well with my good ol' XM2 and wait for no.3...
