Cool idea, they should try a full body stabilizer next time so that the wheight
of the camera is envenly distributed. The insect's head is carrying all the load
and it is not ergonomically fair.

That cam (in the fifth element) was embedded into bio-circuitry (my guess).
This cam is so darn big! and the resolution is so low!
