Final Cut Pro 5.2 comming up.
 

Seems that there are a new version of FCP comming up. The european site for the new Mac Pro have benchmarks where FCP 5.2.1 has been used. This FCP version is described as beta-software.

The US-version of the site does not have any mention of a FCP 5.2.1. Maybe it is a PAL version only :^)

I saw that same graphic yesterday on Apple's US site in two different places but the reference has now been removed--for the most part. Scrolling down to the first graphic on the following link, there is still the reference to the Beta version of FCP.

I did not think too much of it since it listed the FCP version as 5.2.1. I thought that it may have been a typo. Instead, they may have meant 5.1.1. It would be odd for the next version to be 5.2.1 and not just 5.2. We will see.
