There's still a lot of things that could be done with cameras base on third-inch (or in the case of the Canon HV20's imagers, slightly larger than third-inch) chips. How about higher-res CMOS chips, a removable lens, format-agnostic solid-state storage (e.g., support for the forthcoming cheaper-than-P2, 32- and 64-GB Flash drives), and 100-Mbps, 10-bit AVC-Intra?
