Prores capture preset for transcoding HDV?

I'm doing a shoot with two HDV Cannon minidvs and an HMC150. I'm on a Mac. Can I use a FCP capture present of HDV-Apple Prores 422 so that I can multicam edit with my AVCHD Prores 422 footage? Is this the best way?
