Exporting for web From Xpress Pro
 

I've been having a lot of trouble finding an efficient way of exporting out of Avid Xpress Pro for web videos. All SD footage, I've tried H.264 from avid and it takes entirely way too long. The easiest way I've found is exporting full rez versions out of Xpress Pro the using a program like Compressor or Sorenson Squeeze to get my desired output, but again this takes too long. Is it my computer or Avid that makes this work flow slow?

I use a Power Mac G5 1.8 GHz.
