BD-R Stops Playing

I am running into a new problem and I could use some help. I have a HD video that is over 2 hours long (encoded at 18Mbs). I think the total time is around 2 hrs 18 mins. The problem that I am having is that after two burns (one to BD-RE one to BD-R) my video stops at the exact same time. Precisely at 2 hrs 3 mins 12 secs, the video and audio stop playing however the play counter on the player continues. If I fast forward, the video stops. If I rewind as soon as I get to a time prior to that 2:3:12 mark, the video starts playing again. The BD-R's are TDK brand, the player is a Sony BDP-S350 (with latest firmware) and the burner is a Buffalo Tech. all-in-one external. I'm using Vegas/Arch to burn the project.
This is the first time this has happened, however this is by far the longest video I have ever produced. Is there a magical 2hr time limit that I don't know about?
Could someone smarter than me please help me out with this one?
Thanks.

I can't really comment on much since my kit is different in every way than yours. That said, there is no "2 hour wall". You might try another player to see if the problem repeats.

BTW: 18 MBps seems low as a target, but then again my workflow is very different.

Thanks Tripp. I'm encoding at 18 because 25 put me at 25.1GB on the disk. Usable is around 23.3GB so I used an 18Mbs template. I guess in hindsight, I could have gone with 22 or 23 Mbs. By the time all is said and done, I may end up doing it just so that I re-render everything to make absolutely sure that I didn't have some dumb little checkbox marked that is now bending me over.... :\
Any other ideas would be great. It's good to know that there is not a 'wall' that I hit with this vid.
