viewing files with Mountain Lion

I recently delivered content to a producer who wants to view and log the files before delivering to the editor. Unfortunately, she is running Mountain Lion on her Mac. Is there any way for C300 files to be viewed since XF Utility is currently not supported in Mountain Lion? Any other software which will allow viewing with timecode?

Might be worth a try to see if VLC Player works -> VideoLAN - Official page for VLC media player, the Open Source video framework!.

I had a client who needed to review footage. They couldn't open MXF or MXF re-wrapped as .MOV via FCP X. They were running 10.5 or 10.6, so old OS.

VLC handled the footage just fine and they could view the files (again, in this case, C300 MXF re-wrapped as .MOV via FCP X.)

Davinci Resolve Lite opens (and converts) Hyperdeck MXF files to pretty much anything else. You can view/listen to the clips and it displays timecode. It's a free download form Black Magic.
