HDMI cable for C100 and Ninja

Which is the thin, shorter HDMI cable that is typically used? Is it an Apple cable? Thanks!

Apple HDMI cable works well. I just got a few of these and I like them even better: Rix Ultra Slim Compact HDMI V1 4 Cable 4ft 36 AWG Smaller Than A Dime | eBay

Smaller connectors and thinner, shorter cable.

Hi Mervin,

Just a word of advice. You might want to consider a locking HDMI cable. The C100 has the option to use one. I found the HDMI port on the camera a little too loose to feel confident in a good, steady connection. And in fact, I had an issue where the connection was lost on the C100 side and it messed the recording to the ninja up.

Do you have a link for this, Mike? I've always had a difficult time finding them.

Thanks mike. I will definitely do that. The connection on the Ninja seems very secure.

Locking hdmi | B&H Photo Video

If the link works it goes to B&H for examples. I really don't remember the brand I got though.

The Ninja connection, I've never had a problem with. There's nowhere to screw in the locking hdmi cable on the ninja but that's no big deal. You can remove the locking screw on the hdmi cable on that end, or just leave it in.

Locking HDMI cable from here:

Locking HDMI Cables from Bryant Unlimited

You will need a HDMI to mini HDMI adaptor. This cable locks in the C100.
