Yes, it's completely wrong. It's actually a bit less of a bitrate in S&F mode (the grayed out codec selection shows 110Mbps instead of 160Mbps). I had 93 minutes left of recording on my CFast card at 10-bit 422 160Mbps Intra 1920x1080 Normal Recorder. When I set it to S&F Crop mode at 120 fps, that record time went up to 136 minutes.

Regarding the 120FPS Bit Rate:

When you look at 120FPS footage in XF Utility, it says the footage is at 110Mbps variable.

But it is important to remember how we are shooting 120P in this system. We are not just shooting 120P and playing back 120P, we are in Slow and Fast Motion where we have chosen a "base" or playback frame rate to encode at.

So the bit rate we are seeing is the "playback" bit rate of sorts. It's not really for the 120 frames per second, but instead for the 24 or 30 of those 120 frames we have chosen to playback in that second.

Then consider that speed in which it's captured is 5 times that amount if shooting 24P (since 120 fps is five times the speed of 24 fps), and that is what gives the 550Mbps rating.

Great explanation Loren, Thank you. Makes total sense.
