Upgrade Time, C100 to C200B

The C200B is now with in my budget and I think it will offer a significant upgrade from my C100. I'm excited to get into 4K recording while re-using all my Canon glass but I'm really looking foreword to the HD1080 @120fps.

I down loaded the C200/200B manual and could not find a chart showing 100 or 120fps as an selection. Can the C200/200B record HD at 100+ fps? Is this frame rate selectable in the menus like the frame rates are for my C100?

Thanks
KPO.

Re: Upgraded from C100 to C200

Wow this section on Canon Cine Cameras really has had no action sense I posted last, about a year ago. My original post has 0 replies and its still at the top of the list.

Well not sure if this is time well spent but I did purchase the C200 full kit and have the same questions as before:
- Does the C200 create the slow-motion in camera and output it as a typical fps rate?
- or Would I still need to drop the slo-mo data on my time line and select a fps like 24p to get the slo-mo effect?

Im trying to understand the manual for using slo-mo on the C200 and it does not seem like there is a frame rate I can select for slo-mo, like there is for 1080 @ 24p, 30p, or 60p.

Im wondering how slo-mo is selected in camera and then post processed to get that effect? When done correctly does it look good?

Hope someone can respond to this.
Thanks KPO
