Should we assume the audio extras like the Juicedlink and Zoom used on the 5d will be the tools of choice with the 7d?

We'll have to see if we can set a fixed gain on the audio input - either through Canon firmware or a 3rd party, like Magic Lantern. For now, the H4n is the only good assumption.

Tramm is pretty confident that the Magic Lantern code will port, but we can only speculate right now.
