What settings/filters do you think were used on this video?
 

Really like the style of these guys and was wondering what people's thoughts are about how they achived this particular look:

Camera work / optics + intense post CC

There's nothing really to their "look," sometimes people just execute a good idea so well that this is the result.

These are thoughtfully produced and really capture the essence of what they are trying to communicate whether you agree with them or not.

Looks to me like shallow depth of field, high contrast and desaturated.

Agree.
Shallow DOF was what I meant with camera work / optics. Also we could add intelligent composition with foreground objects in deep perspective shots.
With intense CC I referred to high con, gamma manipulation, low color saturation, and we may add here the use of vignettes to create focal points.
Looks similar to this (if you have the right shot) come close to a simple preset with colorist / MB looks.
But the pieces are very well produced. Congrats to the crew!

The skies look like a polarising filter was used.

Color is probably done in post...

I would also like to add that these videos are very well paced. In a "slow" paced production is essential to create the right flow to keep the viewer's attention. And, in this case, it was beautifully executed.
GREAT WORK! Also great color grading in post, but never overdone.

my guess would be that they used Red Giant Magic Bullet Looks to color correct the standard footage...
easy to get this look... the software has the presets and it looks like they added in the vignette from the
same plug-in...
