For the 5DIIs we do indeed have the frame stuck on the camera. However as this won't work properly with the articulating screen of the 600D I use the metal frame from this loupe which attaches with the tripod screw. The loupe itself isn't as good as the NEEWER one as e.g. it doesn't have a dioptre adjustment so I glued on the plastic frame from the NEEWER  2.8x 3 inches 3:2 LCD Viewfinder Extender Hood Loupes for Canon 600D 60D V3 AB44 | eBay |
