How low for low light?

Can anyone explain just how low in available light I could shoot video with this cam? Anyone have any samples to download that demonstrates the lowest levels and still have quality video? I am mostly interested in doing documentary work where I can shoot without any lights.

ISO 3200 is somewhat noisy but usable. ISO 1600 is pretty clean.
