looking this tutorial for setup my camera in video mode,

in the tutorial the shutter speed is 50 my canon 5d not have 50 why?

25P is the frequency the shutter opens (25 times per second). The shutter speed determines how long it stays open each time it opens. For NTSC nations, the recommended shutter speed is 1/60th of a second. For PAL it's 1/50th of a second. Notice that the shutter is open for half (1/50th) the interval 1/25th. The 1/60th and 1/50th gives you the motion blur we're used to. If you leave it open longer, motion will blur more. If you leave it open less, motion will look more stuttered.

My 5D Mark II has both 50 and 60 shutter speeds. I shoot video at 50. If you put the camera in auto iso, it behaves like autoexposure mode of a camcorder where the camera decides the exposure but instead of opening or closing the iris to compensate, it raises and lowers the ISO.

How high ISO you can go without noise depends on the scene. I try to stay below 1200.

C.FnI :Exposure:
choose: 0:1/3-stop
