Best Hot Shoe Lighting
 

What is the best hot shoe light for the GL2 (I need between 10-20 lux for animal video)?

Check out the discussion on the Vl3 light below.. i think the VL10's one of the lights for the GL2, but there's been massive discussion lately.. not an insect videography expert but from all the doc's i've seen, it seems that they use external lights rather than hotshoe.. just my 2cts.. cheers :)

I have two frezzi 35 watt dimmable micro fills, and love them, however the VL10 has served me well. I highly recommend the VL10 if on a budget. The VL3 I hardly ever use........money could be better spent if you ask me.
