Replacement for Vixia HF S200/20/21
 

I am considering purchasing one of these Vixias and would like to know what the usual replacement schedule is for Canon. Is it likely a successor will be released in the next 3 months? [these were introduced in Jan 2010?]

CES is early januari 2011, you can bet new models are announced at that tradeshow. But it takes a while for the announced products to hit stores, if I recall correctly, moste models will be available in stores around april/may/june. The good thing is that the old models drop in price after the new ones are announced, and there always are a lot of rebates on last year's models.
