HV20 Videolight Reccomendations?
 

so what are our options of compatible videolights that plugs on the camera's hot shoe that is usable and not considered a toy.

preferably one that can be hand held (controllable?) for a run & gun setup?

but im not picky. anything that works (best recommendation) i shall take.
