Contemplating to buy a XF-300. What CF card is best?

I've been contemplating to buy a Canon XF-300.

While looking into CF cards, I found huge price differences. If you look at the picture below, which ones would you consider?

I use on my filmevents the 4 x Sandisk Extreme 32 GB 60 MB/s and they works perfect !

I got another 64 GB Transend 400x, but i dont use this for my event.

I got more "vertrauen" (fugging, my english is bad :P ) in sundisk.

On every Sundisk-CF u get an filerecovery in the package ;-)
Nice to have, and i dont need it for now.

Second the SanDisk Extreme (not extreme pro unless you want to drop the extra cash)
I've got 4 32gig and 2 16gig that get divided between xf300 and 7D.

Look at Canon's recommendations. You're best to stick with these. Scroll to the bottom of this page.

Same set up here, no problems so far.

Tjirded.

I've got 8 x 32GB SanDisk Extremes.

What kind of prices are you guys getting? Here in the UK they are a lot more expensive than what Harm has posted.

Those are only 30 mbs.

Amazon UK 60 mbs are £102 and pro's 90 mbs are £172 CF 32 GB

Prices have come down a lot!!

Matt,

With respect I think you will find the SDHC cards are 30's but the San Disk Extreme CF's as used in these Canon Camcorders will record at up to 60 MBs, so hence the Cameras can record at full resolution\bit rate and the cards are listed as such on Canon's web site.

I've never had a problem with SanDisk or Lexar. I have had a problem with a Transcend 32GB C6 SD. Many poor reviews on Amazon for Transcend. After I get my warranty replacement back I'm selling it and never buying that brand again.

Thanks for all your input and the links. I went for the Sandisk Extreme 32 GB cards. Around € 100 a piece currently. If I have any negative experiences I will let you know. No news is good news.
