is this a camera or battery issue?

hey guys, i was wondering, i think i have an issue with my A1, (i've only had it a couple months so it's still under warranty and everything) i have two of those 950 batteries, as one came with it and i picked up a spare. now from everything i've read, this battery is supposed to last pretty long, some websites said up to 5 hours, and when i use it, (with the view finder, i don't like to use the flip out screen) the most i can get out of it seems to be about an hour, or an hour and a half. with the flip out screen it seems much less.
now i believe this to be a camera issue because like i said, i have two of those batteries and they both seem to die pretty quick.
...so, ..should i go exchange the camera, or the batteries?
thanks.

My batteries last several hours, so your problem sounds like a camera one. Send it back!!

It could be the charger too, switching off before the battery is fully charged. Since it's new, I'd call the dealer up and see what they say. You might have to send it back.
