Gripper XL mount with my a1s

Hey gang. I have the gripper xl mount and I plan on using it during the early morning hours between 8am-9:30am. I want to avoid the glare seen in this video:

YouTube - Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Eastbound

Any advise on what settings I can do so that there is no glare and you can't see my dashboard?

By the way, in case your wondering, I didn't do that video. It's just demonstrating the glare that can happen with the gripper. I wish I did that video though :P

About the only thing you can do, short of using black cloth or something to cover the dash, would be to use a polarizing filter.

If you don't want to see the dash, zoom in or move the camera in closer to the windshield so you don't see it.

Usually you can avoid glare by putting the camera right up almost touching the glass. Get a piece of black cloth, cut it so just the lens sticks out, and drape it over the camera and surrounding area just to be safe.

Thank you for the advice. It worked brilliantly
