Battery Charging

I did a really stupid thing yesterday. I put my BP950G battery on charge at around mid-day...then forgot all about it until I walked into my office this morning!

Will I have caused any damage to the battery? - it was cold when I got to it this morning (I fully expected it to be red hot!)

There's nothing stupid about that. Chargers will either shut down or go into a trickle charge mode after detecting a full charge. Don't worry about it.

If it was red hot, then you'd have something to worry about.
