Matching LCD to Viewfinder

I can't seem to figure this out, but it has been bugging me quite a bit.

My LCD screen isn't completely accurate in the Color Department. The EVF has more realistic colors and I can't seem to figure out how to remove the magenta tinge on the LCD( they don't match very well). I can change the brightness and color saturation but not change the color appearance. Am I missing something, or am I out of luck?

It is significant enough for others to notice when I point out to them but very bothersome to me, because my white balance always seems a bit off, even if it is right, when using the LCD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably the best thing you can do is adjust it as closely as possible to the color bars and then check it on a flesh tone in good light. There's no way to get a color VF or LCD on these kinds of cameras adjusted with excellent color accuracy. Best you can hope for is a guide so you know you're not shooting at 5500 when you should be at 3200.

Lcd Camera Monitors

LCD monitors are really good for composition purposes and very rarely do they show accurate rotation or hues. However, if the color is "way-off' then they will display same throughout the entire picture.

Well, the lcd isn't indicitave of what really gets recorded, so I guess I will just have to deal with it.

Does anyone else have this problem? I noticed it at first, but didn't realize how far off it was until I started comparing it in the monitor and comparing it to the EVF.

A pretty significant difference to me, but other non-discerning eye's might dismiss it as not a big deal, albeit noticeable.
