Storage options for XH-A1
 

I have an A1 on order and I know a lot of people use the Firestor but are there other external hard drive storage options of any kind? It sounds like the Firestor is the current best option, but where, exactly, does it go on the camera? The salesman said it went on the top, which leaves no room for a mic and/or lights and would make it top heavy. It cant go on the bottom where the tripod mount is. Maybe it will become immediately apparent when the camera arrives like on a belt clip.

I answered my own question, those are the only 2 options, if there were more options then B&H would know about it. ;+)

We are crossing that bridge with the V1 right now. Videosmith does have a box, but there is no slide out tray, which is huge is making sure the firestore settings are correct.

Looks like we may have to bite the bullet and buy the $400 gem !
