A1 - how to enable tapeless recording

I have a Firestore FS-C but can`t find the function on the A1 to allow tapeless recording. Anyone know how to do it?

after a mild heart attack I found the answer by going through every single menu and submenu until I found the option. Its enabling DV control. *whew*
