Tripods?
 
Does anyone know what would be a good tripod with a fluid head that wouldn't jiggle easy with a bit of wind (5 MPH or so) at full zoom with the 20x lense?

The Sactler 0862 DV-8SB is a safe bet. You didn't mention your budget.
