Shaky edges...

In my XL2 the results of panning & movements of any object edges are sketchy like the Zebra display, I'm not able to understand why the edges are blur. If I shoot a feeding goose there is no problem but if I started to record the wading bird & panning the outline of the bird is somewhat sketchy (zebra sort of thing). Usually I shoot in AV mode f8 or 11 & set -1/3rd or -2/3rd exposure compensation. The light is really good as its wintertime in India with clear sky.
The video of the flying goose has blurred wings.

what is your frame rate?

My XL2 is Pal.....

I do shoot in 50i only still the edges especially bright parts become horizontal lines not like diagonal lines in zebra setting.
